Norwalk's variety provides two vastly different scenes, according to Joe Adinaro, general manager of Rattlesnake, a restaurant in South Norwalk.
"If you come in during the day, it's a whole different atmosphere than you find at night," he said. "I think a lot of the younger crowd that comes there know they can park their car and walk from place to place."
Rattlesnake serves Southwest food to families by day and turns into a lively bar after about 9:30 p.m. into the late night or early morning hours. "The whole strip is geared for that type of business," Adinaro said.
