Jeffrey C. Pardes, president of Midway Mortgage Co. in Yorktown, has opened an office in White Plains to extend his services to mid- and lower- Westchester clientele.
"People got upset every time they had to come to Yorktown," he said. "They thought it was the woods."
Midway started as a mortgage brokerage company in 1990 with Pardes and two partners. In 2000, the company became a lender, and Pardes bought out his partners in March 2001.
Midway is part of the "real estate mall" at 245 Main St. that opened May 1 and offers a variety of services, including residential and commercial real estate brokers, mortgage lenders and developers for new ...
