May 21--TWIN FALLS, Idaho--Historic Old Towne leaders have selected 14 historical names they want to attach to streets in downtown Twin Falls.
But they're being secretive about the proposed names until tonight, when they hope to attract a crowd to the business improvement district's annual meeting.
The district wants the city to name 14 southwest-northeast streets after significant people or events -- "extraordinary historical figures in the establishment of Twin Falls" -- said Richard Crowley, Historic Old Towne's executive director. The names run in ...
