BUFFALO, N.Y., July 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Barrister Information Systems Corporation (AMEX: BIS) today announced it has successfully completed an exchange of all its outstanding 1989 13 percent Subordinated Convertible Debentures due Sept. 30, 1999 in the principal amount of $2,320,000 and $57,000 of its outstanding 1984 12 percent Subordinated Convertible Debentures due Sept. 30, 1991 for a new 13 percent Subordinated Convertible Debenture due June 30, 2000.
