BALTIMORE -- Everyone realizes if War Emblem wins the Belmont, he will become the first Triple Crown winner since Affirmed in 1978. What's far more stunning, and barely recognized, is that War Emblem also will be, by a wide margin, the most unlikely horse in racing history to capture the highest prize in the sport of kings.
