Principal Capital Real Estate Investors--a leading real estate asset manager and affiliate of Principal Capital(SM) --has named Frank Schmitz - president of its real estate equity group.
Effective July 1, 2002, Schmitz will be responsible for the management and continued growth of Principal Capital Real Estate Investors' $5.6 billion real estate equity business. He will succeed Julia Lawler, who was named senior vice president and chief investment officer for the Principal Financial Group.
