CONCORD, Calif., July 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Peter G. Paraskos, president and chief executive officer of BEI Electronics Inc. (NASDAQ: BEII), today announced the following appointments at its new subsidiary, BEI Systron Donner Co.:

Richmond B. Terrell as vice president and general manager of the

Systron Donner Inertial Division in Concord.

H. H. Houdyshell as vice president and general manager of the Duncan

Electronics Division in Costa Mesa, Calif.

F. M. Tecimer as vice president and general manager of the Edcliff
