This will be an interesting year at the IFT Food Expo in Anaheim on several counts. First, it will be interesting to all to see what kind of attendance the show musters. Last year's New Orleans gig had a strong turnout, but many this year are still sticking close to home.
Anaheim is also a figurative garden for the natural products market. New Orleans took on the spicy flavor of the Bayou, Anaheim has Ducks and tofu. A quick look at the exhibitors expected shows a slight increase in healthy attendees. Will the West Coast "aura" have an effect on the exhibitors and attendees?
