May 28--FORT WORTH, Texas--Fort Worth-based Buxton Co., a national leader in market research for the retail industry, has pulled off a three-way stock swap to form partnerships with two Dallas firms, Davaco and the retail services division of the Staubach Co.
The minority ownership agreement, which gives all three firms an ownership stake in the others and access to their clients and proprietary databases, was designed to create a one-stop Metroplex shop for retail services, the companies said. Each company will retain its working name.
