MERRILL CORPORATION CONCLUDES PURCHASE OF S PRINTING COMPANY OF
ILLINOIS (FORMERLY KNOWN AS SORG PRINTING COMPANY OF ILLINOIS)
ST. PAUL, Minn., July 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Merrill Corporation (NASDAQ: MRLL) today announced that it has concluded its purchase of S Printing Company of Illinois (formerly known as Sorg Printing Company of Illinois). Assets included in this purchase are certain work in process, accounts receivable, and office and printing equipment. Eight salespeople from S Printing, as well as key customer service and production personnel, have joined Merrill. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.
