COLUMBIA GAS TOPS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOURTH STRAIGHT YEAR
HARRISBURG, Pa., July 16 /PRNewswire/ -- For the fourth year in a row, Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania has been ranked first in customer service among Pennsylvania natural gas companies by the Pennsylvania Bureau of Consumer Services (BCS), it was announced today.
"In terms of these overall measures, your company's performance is the best in the gas industry," BCS Director Joseph W. Farrell said in a letter to Columbia President Richard J. Gordon.
