May 29--Tricon Restaurants (Thailand) is introducing new pasta offerings including lasagna at its Pizza Hut restaurants in an effort to attract consumers in the off-meal times.
As well, other products such as freshly brewed coffee, bakery products and beverages are in the pipeline for introduction probably in the next few months.
Introducing pasta is perceived as another attempt by Tricon to get Thai consumers interested in more western-style foods aside from pizza, according to a market analyst.
