Guam has reportedly won its appeal case against a Rastafarian who claimed that a charge of drug possession violated his right to freely exercise his religion - Rastafarianism.

The man was arrested in 1991 at A.B. Won Pat International Airport after officials discovered about 198 grams of marijuana in his possession. He originally won a Guam Supreme Court ruling on the grounds that marijuana use is fundamental to the practice of Rastafarianism.
