PHILADELPHIA -- Robert A. Judge, Sr., former Secretary of Revenue of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and currently an executive of the bi-state Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA), was selected President and Chief Executive Officer of the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority, which operates the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Center City Philadelphia, Authority Board Chairman Dr. Bernard C. Watson announced today.
Judge, who has held public financial management positions at the local, county and state levels over the past 21 years, becomes the Authority's second chief executive since opening in 1993, succeeding the retiring Robert J. Butera. Judge will ...
