DALLAS -- Are America's dairy cows cheesed off at Pizza Hut? If you believe Dairy Management Inc. (DMI), the organization that promotes U.S.-produced dairy products, the bovine community is feeling a little under-appreciated. Although Pizza Hut has asked dairy farmers to step up production this summer, the industry group pointed out that the company neglected to say thanks to those who make all that cheesy pizza possible. Without America's cows, they note, pizza would just be sauce and crust.
