PITTSBURGH -- Cold Metal Products, Inc. , a leading North American intermediate strip steel processor, today announced that Timothy R. Duke has been elected to the company's board of directors.
Duke, 51, is president, chief executive officer and treasurer of Steel of West Virginia Inc., a steel mini-mill and fabricator with facilities in Huntington, W.Va., and Memphis, Tenn. Prior to joining Steel of West Virginia, Duke held financial and manufacturing positions with Burroughs Corp., Dravo Corp. and Joy Manufacturing Co.
