HARRISBURG, Pa. -- Southcentral Pennsylvania International Network (SPIN) Executive Director Tina Weyant announced today that SPIN, a private, non-profit membership organization, has become a member of the World Trade Centers Association and will now operate as World Trade Center~Harrisburg.
