Break out the sauerkraut and lederhosen, because it's going to be summer in Deutschland at The Art Institute of Chicago. From mid-June to mid-September, three exhibits celebrate German painting, print and drawing throughout the centuries.
The most anticipated of the lot is "Gerhard Richter: Forty Years of Painting," on its second stop since it opened at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
