THE HERITAGE PARK neighborhood of North Little Rock is known for its Christmas light show that attracts hordes of drive-by traffic. The 41 homes along Heritage Park Circle range from simply nice to undeniably grand.
The mixture reflects the varied success of John P. Matthews in developing North Little Rock's answer to Little Rock's prestigious Edge Hill neighborhood.
