The 20th century will go down as one of the great ages of choral music.
At least that's the opinion of Dann Krunnfusz, the artistic director and conductor of the Madison Boychoir, which will use its season-closing concert Saturday to offer evidence for his view. The names on the program read like a who's who: Gabriel Faure, Bela Bartok, Zoltan Kodaly, Benjamin Britten, Aaron Copland, Ralph Vaughan Williams and John Rutter.
(The concert is Saturday at 7:30 p.m. in Mills Hall on the UW campus. Tickets are $12, $10 for seniors and students. Call 262-2201.)
