Ten years ago, Swiss Valley Farms teamed up with Delkor Systems of Minneapolis, Minn., to pioneer the first SPOT-PAK[R] packaging line in the United States. The success of that joint effort eventually changed the way cultured dairy products were packaged throughout North America. Today about 40 percent of all cottage cheese and sour cream produced in the United States and Canada is packaged in SPOT-PAK[R] packages.
