It doesn't take much to get James LeGros excited. Just ask about his brush with death on the set of the 1988 cult stinker "Phantasm II."

"We were setting up this shot where this car was flipped over, and there was gas coming out of the gas tank," the Twin Cities native recalls. "The gas was going to ignite the car and the car was going to explode."

(Naturally, LeGros was the actor selected to be inside the car for this dangerous stunt.)
