Catalytica Energy Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:CESI) announced today that Craig Kitchen has resigned from his position as president and chief executive officer to pursue other interests. Kitchen will continue to serve as a director of the Company. The Board of Directors has appointed Chairman of the Board Ricardo Levy to the position of interim CEO and will initiate a search for a new president and CEO.
Effective immediately, Levy will assume responsibility for leading the strategic direction of the Company until a replacement for Kitchen is named. Levy has served as chairman of the ...
