VARCO INTERNATIONAL INC. REPORTS RESULTS
ORANGE, Calif., July 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Varco International Inc. (NYSE: VRC) today reported results of operations for the second quarter and first six months of 1990.
For the second quarter ended June 30, net income was $1.784 million, $.07 per share, on net sales and other income of $27.6 million. These results compare to net income of $784,000, $.03 per share, on revenue of $23.8 million for the second quarter of 1989.
For the first six months of 1990 net income was $3.2 million, $.12 per
