NOTES AND EXECUTION OF $100 MILLION WORKING CAPITAL FACILITY
MIDDLEBURY, Conn., July 24 /PRNewswire/ -- UCC Investors Holding, Inc. ("UCC Investors"), a corporation formed in connection with the October 1989 management-led buyout of Uniroyal Chemical Company, Inc. ("Uniroyal Chemical"), announced today that Uniroyal Chemical has completed its previously announced private placement of $270 million of Senior Secured Notes due March 31, 1997.
