For the most part, White Sox and Yankees players were laughing off all the accusations of widespread steroid use prior to Wednesday night's game at Comiskey Park.
In the Sox' clubhouse, Kenny Lofton flexed his biceps while making a mock reference to the muscle-enhancing drug.
Over in the Yankees' clubhouse, the slender Robin Ventura rolled up his sleeve, flexed and said: "I guess I'm out of the loop. I'm not on them. Kidney failure bothers me."
While munching on a chocolate doughnut, New York reliever Steve Karsay said: "These are my steroids."
But not everybody was laughing about ...
