Edgewood senior class speaker Thaddeus Thaler-Shultz admitted that he had concerns about going to Edgewood, Madison's only Catholic high school.
As a freshman, on his first day of classes, he worried that he would find nuns patrolling the halls and mystery food in the Commons.
"Maybe I should have gone to Monona Grove?" he wondered out loud to his classmates on Sunday. "Nah. It (Edgewood) was love at first sight."
