AFTER PUNCHING UP his or her e-mail on the computer, a newspaper columnist ought to call out a warning to colleagues: "Incoming!!!"
Lately, this space has been under right-wing fire for being sympathetic to a big Vancouver protest against British Columbia's ultraconservative new government.
At the same time, however, it has taken shots from the Seattle left for criticizing liberal Congressman-for-life Jim McDermott. Coming from the Great White North, British Columbians should be able to keep their cool. Not defenders of Premier Gordon Campbell.
