The Finnish contract manufacturer PKC Group Oyj said today (4 June) that it had agreed to acquire its Estonian wiring harness modules supplier AJT Harju Elekter AS in a EUR2.07m cash and shares deal.
AJT Harju Elekter, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AS Harju Elekter, has been a supplier to PKC Group for ten years. It has 425 employees at facilities in Keila and Haapsalu in Estonia.
