Oops, sorry - I had my Ab Zapper belt set on "high." I like to wear it when I'm working, because the constant barrage of low-level electrical shocks keeps me awake and focused, as long as I don't mind the occasional spasm or debilitating muscle cramp.
These electronic gut-zapping belts might be good for staying alert, but that's apparently all they're good for. The Federal Trade Commission filed a suit this month to stop the makers of three of these devices - the Ab Tronic, the Ab Energizer, and Fast Abs - from making any claims about ...
