Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'A+' rating to Hillsborough County Industrial Development Authority's (Tampa Electric Company Project) $147,085,000 pollution control revenue refunding bonds, series 2002. The Rating Outlook is Negative. Proceeds from the issuance will be used to refund bonds previously issued to finance air and water pollution and waste control facilities at Tampa Electric Company's (Tampa Electric) Big Bend and Gannon generating stations. The bonds are secured solely by payments from Tampa Electric.
