NCAE SAYS EDUCATION A WINNER IN 1990 GENERAL ASSEMBLY

RALEIGH, N.C., July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- "Even though the state faced its worst budget year in recent history, education came out a winner in the 1990 General Assembly. We fought many battles for education funding," said NCAE President Julia Kron, "and we won them through our persistence and determination.
