Jun. 6--If India and Pakistan were to engage in a full-scale war, South Florida business likely would feel little direct impact from that horror because of limited ties in trade with the two South Asian nations.
But the indirect impact of an India-Pakistan war could be substantial, should global financial markets tumble and should the conflict hit neighboring China, a major supplier for U.S. companies.
