Jun. 7--Seattle City Light officials reversed the outcomes of two high-profile, high-bill cases the same day the utility's hearing officer ruled against the customers.
In both cases, the sudden reversals came after media inquiries. In one, the about-face occurred after the customer threatened to file a second lawsuit against the utility.
