WHILE it was all hi-tech, indoor luxury for the England fans over in Sapporo's futuristic dome, the largest gathering of supporters back in Blighty were doing it the old way - standing on a terrace with a terrible view, a beer in their hands and someone else's beer down their back.
Manchester, with some justification, likes to think of itself as the sporting capital of Britain.
