Jun. 11--Two months after steering Alcon Laboratories through an initial public stock offering, Charles Miller, senior vice president and chief financial officer, plans to retire.
Alcon announced Monday that Miller, 56, a 22-year veteran of the company, will step down effective June 30.
Jacqualyn Fouse will replace Miller. She spent 15 years with Alcon and its parent, Nestle, before joining Swissair as CFO last June.
