ABIX via COMTEX) -- John Fairfax Holdings held an investment forum in 2002. The chief executive officer (CEO) of the Australian-based newspaper publisher, Fred Hilmer, told those at the forum that the advertising cycle is not performing at its peak. Analysts predict a possible profit of $A146m for John Fairfax for 2003-2004 and a net profit after tax of $A108m for 2002-2003.
