DIXON TICONDEROGA COMPANY ANNOUNCES PHASE TWO OF ITS RESTRUCTURING PLAN
VERO BEACH, Fla., Aug. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Dixon Ticonderoga Company (AMEX: DXT) will commence the second phase of its Restructuring Program, designed to improve profitability and reposition the company to best serve its markets, President Gino N. Pala announced today.
First, the company will relocate its Corporate Headquarters to Orlando, Fla., where it will consolidate offices with Marketing and Sales operations.
