Jun. 12--Take a hike.
That's essentially what Ogden is telling its opponents in a lawsuit over demolition of Ogden City Mall.
In response to the suit filed last month by Woodbury Corp. and Weber County, the city this week filed a counterclaim saying the plaintiffs have no business naming the city as a defendant since it is not a party to mall-related agreements.
Ogden also is asking 2nd District Judge Ernie Jones to let it tear down the Woodbury building at the southeast corner of the mall, if the city wants to. And the city wants someone else to raze ...
