Washington D.C. based Global Strategy Corporation, and Houston-based Internet Access Technologies, Inc. (IAT), a software development company, announced that the City of Houston has approved the contract for a project, known as SimHouston, to provide software to all City of Houston employees, as well as providing internet software services to City of Houston residents.
