SAN FRANCISCO, June 14 Asia Pulse - The Canton Venture Capital Company has opened a branch office in San Francisco as part of efforts to facilitate US investment in China by bridging language, cultural and accessibility divides.
The company, which provides equity financing for high-tech companies at various stages of development, as well as venture investment fund management and investment consulting, said in a press release that the new branch would offer potential investors a range of free services, including market research, opportunity analysis, due diligence and help negotiating deals in China.
