SARAH Duggan has served up strawberries fit for the Queen. In fact, Her Majesty requested them when she dined in Cardiff during the European Summit in 1998.
``We wanted to prepare an elaborate dessert but the Queen asked for strawberries and elderflower ice cream,'' said Sarah, a lecturer in Hospitality and Catering at the University of Wales Institute, Colchester Avenue, Cardiff and a dessert maker in the Wales Culinary Team.
