Harbor National Bank (OTCBB:HNTB), Orange County's premier business bank with offices in Dana Point and Newport Beach, today announced that the bank intends to open a third branch office in downtown Anaheim this summer. The office will be headed up by long-time banking veteran, Stanley Pawlowski.
