Fitch Ratings affirms Wells Fargo Bank's (Wells) primary servicer rating of 'CPS1', master servicer rating of 'CMS2' and special servicer rating of 'CSS1'. All ratings reflect the high level of experience and company tenure of the management team and the financial strength of Wells Fargo Bank.
