GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. and HOLLAND, Mich. -- The Iserv Co., one of the largest independent ISPs (Internet Service Providers) in Michigan, today announced it has acquired Holland, Mich.-based Intraworld Communications, Inc., an ISP serving residential and business customers along the lakeshore.
Founded in 1998, Intraworld's (http://www.intraworldcom.net/ ) established customer base ranges from Holland southward into the Benton Harbor and St. Joseph areas. Current Intraworld customers will continue to use the same dial-up access numbers and e-mail addresses. Service packages and billing will also remain unchanged during the transition.
