STOCKHOLM, Sweden -- Flextronics , a global provider of operational services focused on delivering design, engineering, test, manufacturing, logistics and network services solutions to technology companies, today announced that it will be acquiring BlueLabs AB, an engineering services company with experience in the telecommunications and automotive industries. BlueLabs will be acquired from Frontec AB, an IT consulting company listed on Stockholmsborsen (the Stockholm Stock Exchange).
