MCLEAN, Va. -- McDonald Bradley, Inc. (MBI), a rapidly growing information technology solutions provider to the government marketplace, today announced it has acquired Domain Technologies, Inc., a boutique provider of web-based information systems for the government intelligence and law enforcement community. Both companies are privately- held. The acquisition agreement has been approved by the Boards of Directors of each company and specific terms were not disclosed. Maguire Woods Capital served as financial advisors to McDonald Bradley.
