TAMPA, Fla. -- Internationally renowned architect Rafael Vinoly presented the first schematic design for the new Tampa Museum of Art at a public meeting last Friday hosted by Tampa Mayor Dick Greco. The new building is the centerpiece of the city's 28-square-block Cultural District, which is one of the largest of its kind in the nation.
