Article: Urban Reference Joins Sterling Heights' SterlingScapes II Sculpture Exhibition.

STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. -- One of Southeast Michigan's largest public sculpture exhibitions now has a new "reference" point. The Sterling Heights Cultural Commission is proud to announce that Urban Reference by renowned sculptor Todd E. Mitchell is the latest work of art featured as part of its ongoing SterlingScapes II public sculpture exhibition at the Sterling Heights City Center.

The 300 lb. Urban Reference is comprised of concrete, steel, marble, bronze and assorted fasteners and is one in a series of sculptures crafted by Mitchell examining the idea of fixed points of reference.
