ALAMEDA, Calif. and SEOUL, South Korea -- GT Nexus announced today a contract with Seoul, Korea-based LG Electronics, a $13 billion global electronics, information and communications company, to deploy a GT Nexus private logistics network integrating their worldwide ocean carriers and provide global supply chain visibility and shipment management.

Under the contract, GT Nexus will build and operate a private logistics network for LG Electronics, connecting its 69 worldwide subsidiaries with their global transportation service providers.
